How we work
Consultation with an expert
At this stage, we call the client for the first time: we get to know each other, ask the first questions, and determine the essence of the project for ourselves. Our specialist must receive answers to a number of strategic questions. What goals does the client have? What materials does he have? How does he understand his problem? How does he see its solution? In turn, the client gets the opportunity to ask the first questions about the development, provides the manager with his materials, if they have them. Studying all the information received from the client allows us to move on to the next step.
Presentation of the CP
At this stage, we prepare and present a commercial proposal to the client, containing a detailed description of the project, deadlines, cost, and terms of cooperation. We explain in detail the proposed solutions, answer the client's questions, and take into account their comments for further clarification of the project.
Agreement and signing of the contract
At this stage, we agree on all legal aspects of cooperation: rights, obligations of the parties, terms, payment, and other conditions specified in the contract. After agreement, the document is signed by both parties, which kicks off the official start of work on the project.
UX/UI Design
Our designers develop a user-friendly and attractive interface. We create prototypes, coordinate with the client, take into account edits and approve the final design, which will form the basis for further development.
Frontend and Backend development
At this stage, the development team implements the approved design and functionality of the project. Frontend development provides the interface with which users interact, and backend is responsible for the operation of the server part, databases and business process logic. We regularly report on the progress of work and coordinate with the client.
Testing
We conduct comprehensive product testing: functional, usability, load, and security. We identify and eliminate errors, optimize system operation to ensure high-quality and stable results.
Release
This is the stage of launching the product into a production environment. We configure hosting, deploy the application, verify correct operation, and conduct a final demonstration to the client.
Project support and maintenance
After the release, we provide technical support, updates, and product development. We respond to customer requests, troubleshoot potential issues, and help scale the system to meet new needs.
