All materials developed by us during the project (designs, code, documentation) remain the intellectual property of Probytech until full payment is received. After payment, ownership is transferred to the client.

Each project is quoted individually. Payment terms, timelines, and project milestones are discussed and confirmed in a contract or written agreement (email, messenger).

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• any losses related to the use of the client’s website after delivery;
• any content added to the website by the client;
• any modifications made by third parties.
