User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter also referred to as the “Agreement”) regulates the relations regarding the use of the Site’s functions and the general terms and conditions of the possible provision of Services between the Contractor (hereinafter also referred to as the “Site Owner”), on the one hand, and the Customer, an individual or legal entity, who has accepted the terms of this Agreement by adhering to this Agreement in its entirety and unconditionally (hereinafter also referred to as the “Site User”), on the other hand, hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as the “Party”.

This Agreement and the relations of the Parties arising from this Agreement are governed by law.

General Terms

In this document and the related relations of the Parties, the following terms and definitions are used:
a) Owner's Site/Site - an Internet site located in the domain of the Site Owner and its subdomains.
b) Agreement - an agreement with all amendments and changes.
c) Administration/representative of the Site, Site Owner - a person authorized by the Site Owner to perform the actions provided for in the Agreement.
d) Visitor - any person who has accessed the Site and is on it, using its properties to familiarize himself with the content posted on the Site.
e) User - a legally capable individual who has joined this Agreement in his own interest or acts on behalf of and in the interests of the legal entity he represents.
Any visitor to the Site of his own free will may fill out the form provided for this purpose and become a User.

The Site contains information and materials about goods and services that may subsequently be provided to the User in the event of a real Agreement being concluded. If an individual has registered as a User on behalf of a legal entity authorized by him, this means that the legal entity accepts the Agreement in full with the following consequences.

In particular, when using the Site, the User does not have the right to impersonate another person or representative of an organization and/or community without sufficient rights, including employees of the Site, as well as to use any other forms and methods of illegal representation of other persons on the Internet, as well as to mislead Users, the Site and its representatives regarding the properties and characteristics of any entities or objects.

In the event of a violation of rights and/or interests in connection with the use of the Site, including by another User, the Site Owner should be notified by sending a written notice, a telephone message with a detailed description of the circumstances of the violation and/or a hypertext link to the page containing the materials that violate the relevant rights and/or interests of the Site.

Intellectual rights

All objects accessible through the Site, including design elements, text, graphic images, illustrations, videos, computer programs, databases, music, sounds and other objects placed within the Site, are objects of exclusive rights of the Site and other right holders. The Site grants the User the right to its functional use within the limits of its general functional capabilities.

Using the Site in other ways, including by copying (reproducing) the Content placed on the Site, as well as design elements, computer programs and databases included in the Site, their decompilation, modification, and further distribution, public display, bringing to general information, are strictly prohibited, unless otherwise provided for by this Agreement and the concluded Agreements.

The User does not have the right to reproduce, repeat and copy, sell, or use for any commercial purposes any parts of the Site (including the Content available to the User through the Applications), or access to them, except in cases where the User has received such permission from the Site/Site Owners, or when this is expressly provided for in additional documents (Agreements, Applications, etc.).

The User's use of the Site, as well as the Content posted on it for personal non-commercial use is permitted subject to compliance with all laws protecting copyright, related rights, trademarks, other notices of authorship, preservation of the name (or pseudonym) of the author/name of the copyright holder in an unchanged form, preservation of the corresponding object in an unchanged form. The exceptions are cases that are expressly provided for by the legislation regulating general data protection or additional documents for the use of the Site.

The Site may contain links to sites on the Internet (third-party sites). The specified third parties and their content are not checked by the Site for compliance with certain requirements (accuracy, completeness, etc.). The Site is not responsible for any information, materials posted on third-party sites to which the User gains access in connection with the use of the Site, as well as for the availability of such sites or information and the consequences of their use by the User.

A link (in any form) to any site, product, service, any information of a commercial or non-commercial nature posted on the Site does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of these products (services, activities) by the Site, except in cases where the Site expressly indicates this.
