About the client
The client is the e-commerce store for heating and plumbing equipment “Teploradist,” which has been successfully operating on the market for many years, offering a wide range of products to ensure comfort at home and in industrial settings. Previously, the website ran on the OpenCart platform; however, over time, it became outdated, limited in functionality, and hindered the business’s growth.
The client approached us with a request for a complete update — migrating the website to a modern platform with expanded functionality and a redesigned interface. After analyzing the needs and technical requirements, it was decided to implement the new version of the website on Laravel, which allows for the creation of a flexible, scalable system tailored to all business specifics.
Key objectives included preserving the structure, content, and SEO performance during the migration, as well as developing an updated design in line with modern standards.

Since the project involved a complete redesign, it was important not only to update the website’s appearance but also to make the user journey to purchase more convenient and logical. For this purpose, wireframes were developed — structural page layouts that allow early-stage planning of block placement and key user interaction scenarios with the site.
We coordinated the mockups with the client to ensure that all key functions, sections, and content from the previous version of the site would be preserved but presented in a clearer and more modern format.
Additionally, the design adhered to the brand book: the client’s logo, corporate colors, and typography were used to maintain the brand’s visual identity.

Development of the e-commerce store
First, we implemented the full functionality of the new website, tailored to the client's needs and their large product assortment. Next, we connected the CRM systems used by the team — configuring automatic synchronization of products and orders so that managers could quickly respond to new purchases and stock updates.
Special attention was paid to transferring all essential elements from the old website: content, SEO settings, analytics, and telephony — this helped maintain search engine rankings and avoid traffic loss. We also immediately integrated a payment system and delivery services to ensure convenient order processing.
Since 2023, we have been continuously supporting the project and gradually adding new features. Among them — a bonus system, promo codes, extended installment and credit payment options through over 10 banks (Monobank, PrivatBank, Sense Bank, and others), as well as cryptocurrency payments via WhitePay.
To enhance the user experience and boost sales, we added sections such as “Promotions,” “Frequently Bought Together,” and “Bundle Deals.” Thanks to ongoing development, the website continues to become more convenient for customers and more effective for the business.
